Setting up your online account
Create an account to use our online services
To register and maintain an offer or scheme on the Disclose Register your organisation must have an online services account. That account will also need to have authority to act on behalf of the issuer or manager of the offer or scheme.
Step 1 — Ensure you have a RealMe® login
To create an online services account with the Disclose Register you need a RealMe® username and password. If you already have a RealMe login from another agency, you can use this to set up your account with us.
Step 2 — Set up your organisation's online services account
Once you've logged in to the Disclose Register with RealMe, you'll be taken to a screen where you can finish setting up your organisation's online services account. To do this:
- Fill in your work contact details when prompted and select Next.
- Fill in your organisation's details when prompted and select Create organisation.
After you've set up your new organisation account, you'll be able to view your organisation's account dashboard. The dashboard shows your offer and scheme registrations and compliance obligations.
To maintain your organisation account information select the Manage organisation option under the My tools drop-down menu, and then select the Maintain organisation tab.
Terms and conditions
When you create an online services account on the Disclose Register, you're asked to agree to our terms and conditions.
Account administrators
When you set up an online services account on behalf of your organisation, you're granted administrator rights by default. Account administrators can:
- maintain the organisation's account
- add and delete other account users
- maintain details of other account users
- re-send activation codes.
Disclose Register fees and levies
There are no joining or maintenance fees for having an online services account and you'll only be charged for services that you use that have a fee attached, for example, registering a scheme or offer.
