Find offer or scheme participants not named on another Companies Office register

A number of participants may be involved in an offer under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. The Other Participants directory lists individuals, boards of trustees, partnerships and others not named on another Companies Office register.

How to search the directory

When searching the directory, you'll see details about the other participant and financial statements (if required) but not the schemes or offers the participant is linked to.
