Forgotten your RealMe® username or password
Where to get help if you can't log in
Your RealMe® username and password gives you access to a range of online government services, including the Disclose Register.
If you have forgotten your username
You can use the RealMe® login screen to retrieve your RealMe® username.
- Select the Login button at the top of the screen.
- Select the Forgot Username link.
- Select either the email or text message option, and enter your email address for phone number for verification.
- Select Send Code. This will cause an email or text message to be sent to your email address or phone number if it matches a RealMe® account, with instructions on how to proceed with your username.
If you have forgotten your password
You can use the RealMe® login screen to reset your RealMe® password.
- Select the Login button at the top of the screen.
- Select the Forgot Password link.
- Select either the email or text message option.
- Enter your username, followed by email address for phone number for verification.
- Select Send Code. This will cause an email or text message to be sent to your email address or phone number if your username and contact information matches a RealMe® account.
- Follow the instructions in the email or text message to reset your password.
Keeping your log in details secure
You're responsible for keeping your RealMe® username and password confidential. Any actions on the Disclose Register from your RealMe® username and password will be considered by us to have been made by you.
