Forgotten your RealMe® username or password

Where to get help if you can't log in

Your RealMe® username and password gives you access to a range of online government services, including the Disclose Register.

If you have forgotten your username

You can use the RealMe® login screen to retrieve your RealMe® username.

  1. Select the Login button at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Forgot Username link.
  3. Select either the email or text message option, and enter your email address for phone number for verification.
  4. Select Send Code. This will cause an email or text message to be sent to your email address or phone number if it matches a RealMe® account, with instructions on how to proceed with your username.

If you have forgotten your password

You can use the RealMe® login screen to reset your RealMe® password.

  1. Select the Login button at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Forgot Password link.
  3. Select either the email or text message option.
  4. Enter your username, followed by email address for phone number for verification.
  5. Select Send Code. This will cause an email or text message to be sent to your email address or phone number if your username and contact information matches a RealMe® account.
  6. Follow the instructions in the email or text message to reset your password.

Keeping your log in details secure

You're responsible for keeping your RealMe® username and password confidential. Any actions on the Disclose Register from your RealMe® username and password will be considered by us to have been made by you.
