Step 1 – Log in with a RealMe® account

To create a login profile with the Disclose Register you need a RealMe® username and password. If you already have a RealMe® login from another agency, you can use this to set up your account with us.

Creating a RealMe® login

If you do not already have a RealMe® username and password, you can create one through the RealMe® login page.

  1. Select the Login button at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Create a RealMe® login and follow the instructions to create a username and password.
  3. After you have created your username and password, select Next to start creating your login profile in the Disclose Register.

You should remember your username and password so that you can use these the next time you log into the Disclose Register.

Step 2 – Set up your login profile

When you log into the Disclose Register using your RealMe® username and password for the first time, or if you create a RealMe® login using the Login button at the top of this screen, you will be prompted to set up your personal login profile.

  1. On the Login details screen, confirm that your login details are correct, then select Continue.
  2. Fill in your personal details and select Continue.
  3. Fill in your contact details and select Continue.
  4. Review the details you have entered, then select Create Profile. You can edit any details that have not been entered correctly.

Your login profile must be linked to an organisation’s account for you to enter and manage transactions in the Disclose Register.

Joining an existing organisation

If you intend to access the Disclose Register under an existing organisation, please contact one of that organisation’s administrators first. That administrator can verify your need for access, and send an invitation to your email address. You should follow the instructions in this email to link your login profile to your organisation’s account.

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Select the Join organisation link.
  3. Log into the Disclose Register with your RealMe® username and password.
  4. In the Join Organisation page, enter the invitation code that is included in your invitation email, then select Join.

If you are already logged into the Disclose Register, you can also manually request to join your organisation using your invitation code:

  1. At the top right area of the screen, select your login profile to open a drop-down menu, then select My Organisations. This will bring you to a page that lists the organisations linked to your login profile.
  2. Select the Join organisation link.
  3. In the Join Organisation page, enter the invitation code that is included in your invitation email, then select Join.

If your invitation code does not work, please contact your administrator so that they can send you a new invitation email and code.

Creating a new organisation

If your organisation does not have an online account on the Disclose Register you will need to set up a new account for that organisation. When you set up an organisation’s account you are granted administrator rights for that organisation by default.

  1. At the top right area of the screen, select your login profile to open a drop-down menu, then select My Organisations. This will bring you to a page that lists the organisations linked to your login profile.
  2. Click the ‘Create organisation’ button. This will bring you to a page where you can provide the details for your organisation.
  3. Fill in your organisation’s general details. This will include names and contact details for both your organisation and its main administrative contact.
  4. Add members to your organisation by entering a name and email address for each person. You should also specify whether the person is an ordinary member or an administrator.
  5. Review the details and members you have created, and make changes if needed. Click the ‘Create organisation’ button to complete your setup.

Completing the setup of your organisation’s online account will send invitation emails to the members you have added, inviting them to join the organisation account. These emails will contain invitation codes and instructions on how to join. Your members will need a RealMe® username and password to create their login profile if they have not done this already.

Using your organisation’s online account

After you have set up or joined your organisation’s account, your login profile will have this organisation selected by default. This will allow you to transact for that organisation in the Disclose Register. Please note that to register and maintain offers and schemes on the Disclose Register, your organisation must have an authority from the issuer or manager of the offer or scheme.

If you are a member of more than one organisation, you can change your selected organisation by clicking your login profile at the top right area of your dashboard.

To view your organisation’s account, click on your login profile at the top right area of your dashboard, then select My Organisations. You can also make changes to your organisation’s account if you have administrator rights.
