Find offer or scheme participants not named on another Companies Office register
A number of participants may be involved in an offer or scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. The Other Participants directory lists overseas issuers, individuals, boards of trustees, partnerships and others not named on another Companies Office register.
Searching for other participants
If you're looking for information about scheme or offer participants that are not named on another Companies Office register, choose Search other participants below.
This search will let you see details about these other participants as well as financial statements (where applicable), but not the schemes or offers linked to those participants. The Other participants directory does not include participants who are registered on a different Companies Office register, such as credit unions or limited partnerships.
If you are logged into your online services account, you can also select Search other participants from the main menu.
Search the Other Participants directoryCompleting your search
You can search for a specific participant by entering the participant’s name or directory number. Selecting a search result will give you more detail about that participant.
You can view the entire list of participants in the directory by leaving the search fields blank, and selecting Search.
Searching for Companies Office participants
If you’re searching for participants that are on another Companies Office register, such as a company or credit union, you can locate the relevant register under ‘All Registers’ on the Companies Office site.
