Registering other MIS offers

You'll have 60 working days to complete your application once you start

A managed investment scheme is an investment that pools money from many investors. You need to register a managed investment scheme on the Disclose Register before you can make an offer under that scheme.

Who can register an other MIS offer

To register an other managed investment scheme offer you must:

  • have a RealMe® login
  • be a registered user of the organisation's online account
  • have authority to act on behalf of the issuer.

Make sure you have all the information and documents you'll need to complete your online application.

Participants details

Participants must be added when registering the underlying scheme.

Some participants to an offer will need to be registered as a Financial Service Provider (FSP) . FSPs who provide certain financial services also need to be licensed .

Register other managed investment scheme offers

To register an other managed investment scheme offer, log in to your organisation's online account and follow these steps.

  1. In the main menu, select ‘Disclose’.
  2. From the drop-down menu select ’Register an other MIS MIP Offer’.
  3. Complete the online form by entering your offer details.
  4. Upload your documents for the offer.
  5. Review the details you have entered, then tick the declaration and select Submit. You can edit any details that have not been entered correctly, or download an extract of your application for your personal records.
  6. Pay the registration fee, if applicable.

Once you have completed your payment, you will receive onscreen confirmation that your application has been sent to us for acceptance. Your application will appear in your dashboard under the ‘Things in progress’ tab.

Extending an offer into Australia

If you are extending your offer into Australia under the Financial Market Conduct Regulations 2014, you will be required to provide us with a notice of intention.
