The Disclose Register is moving to a new platform on 23 March
The Disclose Register is planned to move to a new technology platform on Monday 23 March 2026. The new platform modernises the register’s look and feel and makes it easier to view and manage your offers and schemes.
Disclose will be read-only from Friday 20 March
The Disclose Register will move to read-only from 5pm Friday 20 March. Please complete any draft tasks and finalise any actions before then to ensure you don’t lose any information during the platform migration. The migration will happen over the weekend to minimise disruption and ensure you have full access to the platform on Monday morning.
We will email Disclose Register users on Monday 23 March to confirm the migration has completed, or to let you know if it has been rescheduled.
Updated help guides
We will have updated help guides for the new register to provide you with guidance and tips on using the new system.
The Disclose Register Application Programming Interface (API) will also change. More information is available on the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment API website.

Payment options are changing
Once the new Disclose Register platform is up and running, we will no longer offer direct credit as a payment option.
The available payment options will be:
- direct debit
- internet banking
- credit card
- debit card.
If you want to use direct debit you will be able to set this up once the new register is live.
Please check your details
If you have an organisation account, now is a great time to log into the Disclose Register and update your organisation’s details. This could include updating your organisation’s information and details or removing and adding users.
This will ensure we only transfer the correct details to the new platform.
