New Disclose Register coming soon
The Disclose Register is moving to a new technology platform, modernising the register’s look and feel and making it easier to use.
The Disclose Register is moving to a more modern technology platform which will improve appearance and usability. It will also make it easier to view scheme and offer information, in particular in relation to managed fund data.
You won’t need to do anything when the Disclose Register is moved to its new platform. Your existing RealMe login will work and your organisation details will be transferred for you, along with all of your offer and scheme information.
Register availability
We anticipate that the register will be offline for a planned, small amount of time in March while we migrate to the new platform. We will update the website when the timing is confirmed.
If you have any draft transactions in your Disclose dashboard you will need to submit those transactions for processing before we migrate to the new platform as we cannot migrate draft applications. We’ll send you reminders ahead of time.
Updated help guides
We will have updated help guides for the new register to provide you with guidance and tips on using the new system.
The Disclose Register Application Programming Interface (API) will also change. More information is available on the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment API website.

Payment options are changing
Once the new Disclose Register platform is up and running, we will no longer offer direct credit as a payment option.
The available payment options will be:
- direct debit
- internet banking
- credit card
- debit card.
If you want to use direct debit you will be able to set this up once the new register is live.
Check your details
If you have an organisation account, please log into the Disclose Register and update your organisation’s details. This could include updating your organisation’s information and details or removing and adding users. This will ensure we migrate the correct details to the new platform.
We know some organisations set up an account in the early days of the register which they never used. If your organisation has an account set up which you no longer need, please email disclose@companies.govt.nz to let us know so we can deactivate it before the migration.
