Searching for an offer or scheme

You can search for a specific offer or issuer, scheme or manager using quick search, or use advanced search to narrow down your results, for example, if you only want to see KiwiSaver offers or schemes.

It's important to understand that a search on ‘offer’ will not return ‘schemes’ and vice versa (these are two separate registers, as prescribed by legislation).

If you don’t have a specific offer or scheme in mind and just want to see what’s registered, simply leave the search fields blank, press Search and you’ll see the entire list.

The Companies Office created the Disclose Register for managers and issuers to register and maintain schemes and offers under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act).

To best meet the intent of the FMC Act for investors, work on a consumer-facing website is underway and due to be completed in 2017.

We’re collaborating with an organisation already engaged in educating and informing investors to launch a website that provides a user-friendly way to search for, and compare, schemes and offers.
